Application Engineer – Configuration

You will support Radiant's customers during the implementation of next-generation Supply Chain Planning solutions. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will learn customer business processes, understand planning requirements, and help configure and validate enterprise planning solutions that enable smarter and faster business decisions.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and a passion for learning business processes and technology.

Selected candidates will undergo a structured training program covering Supply planning, Demand Planning, Retail Planning, Supply Chain fundamentals, consulting methodologies, and the o9 Digital Brain platform before being assigned to customer projects.

• Understand customer business processes and planning requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering workshops and solution discussions.
• Assist in configuring planning solutions on the o9 Digital Brain platform.
• Analyze customer business data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate planning results and ensure they align with customer business requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Collaborate with Integration, Technical, and Quality Assurance teams during project implementation.
• Support customers during deployment, hyper care, and post-go-live activities.
• Continuously learn Retail Planning, Supply Chain Planning, and enterprise planning best practices.

• BE / B.Tech (All Engineering streams)
• MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics) is an added advantage
