Business Situation
The client has recently expanded from print media to company-branded apparel and merchandise. The current manual processes of paper catalogs are no longer scalable for the variety of products, sizes, and customer expectations of automated purchasing processes.
Solution
Radiant designed and hosted an online catalog and designed a cXML-based punch-out solution for Coupa-based procurement that allows for secure punch-out, catalog browsing, shopping cart management, order approval, and order submission for execution within the client’s system.
