The client is an electronic B2B network solution provider serving the aviation MRO industry. They serve aviation leaders, including major airlines, MRO providers, airframe manufacturers, OEMs, part and component suppliers, and repair service providers around the world.
Business Situation
Once a customer signs up for services, the next step involves onboarding the many suppliers onto the platform to enable transactions on the platform. This is currently a manual program management process managed via Excel, and it is hard to keep track of the progress and/or get visibility into the status of the onboarding process.
Solution
Radiant designed a web-based solution that can model the onboarding workflow and then map and track the progress of every supplier's onboarding for every client. The solution also provides real-time reporting on the status of the onboarding as well as reporting by supplier and customer to get an understanding of engagement, volumes transacted, etc.
